This PowerPump, LLC (“PowerPump,” “we,” or “us”) Account Agreement and its terms and conditions (the “Agreement” or “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all users (“Users,” “User,” “you,” or “your”) of this website (“Website” or “Site”), the PowerPump mobile application (“Mobile Application”), PowerPump Charging Stations, and/or the PowerPump API, including but not limited to registered members. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
